Just wanted to note two things. 1. Yes, he's scooting as fast as it appears that he is in this video.2. He did this over, and over and over. After I would stop him he would painstakingly drag that scooter back up to the house and go again.
"It's a bird; it's a plane"---- no, it's Super Thomas on the skateboard! The look on his face says it all. Love, Grandma RoRo
